Tom Billington - better known as The Dynamite Kid - is considered one of the greatest high-flying wrestlers of all time. As a singles star, he was famous all over the world, but American audiences will know him as one half of beloved 80s tag team, The British Bulldogs. Alongside fellow countryman Davey Boy Smith, Kid joined the WWF in 1984 and the pair wowed crowds with their combination of power, speed, and agility.

The Bulldogs got their biggest moment at WrestleMania II, semi-main eventing the Chicago portion of the three city event. In that match, the pair captured the WWF Tag Team Championships; their first and only championships as a duo in the WWF. Whilst Davey Boy would have several more tag team title runs (as well as reigns with the Intercontinental, European, and Hardcore belts), The Kid could never replicate that success.

Billington's style is far more in line with modern day WWE, so you'd have to think that, if he were in his prime today, he would have scooped up way more than just one championship belt. Despite never winning singles gold in the WWF, The Dynamite Kid remains a respected icon and a pioneer.
