20 Things You Probably Missed From WWE Raw (July 12)

5. Ricochet’s Apron Bump

John Morrison The Miz Ricochet

...YIKES!

Above, you'll see a freeze frame shot of John Morrison nailing Ricochet will a neckbreaker on the ring apron. It's paused at exactly the point when Rico's neck and back made contact with the outer-canvas, and it looks nasty.

Credit to both men here. First, cred goes to Ricochet for taking the bump and making sure to flip over onto his feet before hitting the floor. Second, plaudits to Morrison for keeping ahold of his peer's head to ensure he could guide Ricochet safely to the mats.

4. This Replay

There was no guiding here.

WWE ran some more slow motion camerawork when replaying the finish of the 'Falls Count Anywhere' cracker between Ricochet and JoMo. It showed the former's big splash on John from the top turnbuckle, and it sped up right as both crashed through the gimmicked ladder.

Don't be shocked if WWE repeat this spot at Money In The Bank. Knowing the way they do things, it might even be Ricochet who takes the bump at the weekend. Fair's fair, after all.

3. Something That Hasn’t Been Done?

Natalya Tamina
WWE

Natalya said she wanted to become the first woman to hold the Women's Tag-Team, Raw and SmackDown Women's Titles. She must've meant at the same time, because there's no "first" about it otherwise; Bayley, Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair and probably a few others have achieved that feat.

All have held the Raw, SmackDown and Women's Tag belts at some point, so maybe Nattie was supposed to add in that she wanted to hold them all at once. She didn't though, which made this point sound like total nonsense.

Oops.
