20 UFC Prospects Destined For Big Things In 2020

15. Edmen Shahbazyan

Say what you will about his trainer, the much maligned former coach of Ronda Rousey, Edmond Tarverdyan, but don't let that take away from Edmen Shabazyan's shine because this kid might just be something special.

Despite his young age, Shahbazyan has shown enormous amounts of skill during his relatively short career. While fighting on the Californian regional circuit, the 21-year old was known for his vicious punching power, knocking all of his opponents out in the first round in devastating fashion.

Other than a split decision win over Darren Stewart in his official UFC debut, Shahbazyan has continued on his finishing streak. His last bout against the Welsh striker Jack Marshman was extremely impressive, as he beat the more experienced fighter handily. Despite being the underdog, he only needed 72 seconds to finish the fight with a rear naked choke.

While he's an extremely talented fighter, it might be best for the UFC to really develop his talent as he could become a phenom at middleweight in the future.
