11. Ex-WCW (And ECW) Wrestler Chris Jericho Was Attacked To Kick Off The Invasion
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2hKTuU5hMA Watch the segment involving Kane and Chris Jericho wrestling Mike Awesome and Lance Storm from the July 9, 2001 episode of WWF Monday Night Raw, and note that when Rob Van Dam, Tommy Dreamer, The Dudley Boyz, Tazz, Justin Credible, Rhyno, and Raven hit the ring to attack Kane and Chris Jericho, that what ultimately kicks off what was to become the ECW/WCW alliance that "invaded" the WWF involved in so many ways Vince McMahon pretty much eliminating the entirety of everything Chris Jericho ever did before his 1999 WWF debut. It's a small note, but when considering the idea that Jericho was the first Undisputed Champion and also largely allowed to come and go as he pleases in the current WWE, Vince McMahon likely feels Jericho is the type of performer who should've been a WWF/WWE wrestler all along.
