16. Zoey Skye

The 5', 99 lb Zoey Skye also wrestles as Angel Dust and Dust. She has found success in both Shimmer and Rise, where she is the current Heart of Shimmer champ and Guardians of Rise champ (with Raven Ash a.k.a Melanie Cruise).

While Rosemary is recovering from injuries, she has been managing Skye in both Shimmer and Rise. This is an entertaining pairing which WWE should seriously consider.
