20 Worst Moments Of CM Punk's WWE Career

10. Making Fun Of Jerry Lawler's Heart Attack

At the top of his career, Punk christened himself The Voice of the Voiceless. However, sometimes he would have been better off not talking at all since some of the targets of his verbal attacks were fairly inappropriate. During the September 10th, 2012 episode of Raw, commentator and sometimes-wrestler Jerry Lawler suffered a heart attack in the middle of the show. He did recover, but he acknowledges that he could have died. If there's a touchy subject to talk about though, leave it to Punk to do so. As the long-term WWE Champion, Punk was feeling disrespected by a lot of his peers. After returning to the ring nine weeks after his heart attack, Lawler got a tongue lashing from Punk, who reiterated just how close that The King's brush with death had really been. Although part of a storyline, it was certainly bad judgment from the tactless Punk and another sore spot in his increasingly souring career.
