Fans can be a belligerent bunch. Fueled by the adrenaline of live WWE events (and maybe some alcohol), sometimes members of the WWE Universe overstep their boundaries and try to get in the ring or antagonize the wrestlers from the rails. Of course, under no circumstances should a professional wrestler get violent with a fan. Unfortunately, CM Punk didn't get the memo (or more likely just didn't care) on an episode of Raw in October 2012. What the offending fan did is unclear. The man may or may not have tried to push Punk, but some reports say he did nothing at all. Either way, Punk decided to punch the fan in return. The storyline for that night called for a match with Punk and Vince McMahon. Luckily, at the time of the incident, the camera was on McMahon. The fan in question was not planted there for Punk to take out. This was just another example of his growing frustration and lack of respect for WWE.
