Women's wrestling has come a long, long way in recent years. We're now at a point that in a few more years, the likes of Sasha Banks, Becky Lynch, and Charlotte could realistically headline a WWE PPV: a concept that seemed alien even a year or two ago.

Finally presented as equals to their male counterparts, female athletes are starting to get the respect they deserve. One Night Only: Knockouts Knockdown 2016 was TNA's latest attempt at cashing-in on this spike in popularity, and as noble as their intentions might have been, the execution was shockingly poor.

16 wrestlers from around the country gathered to crown TNA's Queen of the Knockouts, and oh boy, was it sloppy. There were a couple of exciting matches throughout the card, but most were completely listless and definitely not worth the price of entrance, but Shelly Martinez and Rebel provided the pièce de résistance.

Their six-minute clash is one of the absolute worst wrestling matches you'll ever see, guaranteed. Literally nothing goes right in this contest: it's a beautiful trainwreck from the moment the bell rings. From Shelly's missed dive to her, ahem, interesting mid-submission banter with the referee, the match was a complete embarrassment, and really has to be seen to be believed.
