Ex-WCW bruisers Brian Adams and Bryan Clark weren't originally retained when Vince McMahon purchased their former employers in March 2001, but made their way to the company six months later.

Both had worked for WWE under different guises in the past, but this was their first time performing as KroniK in the sport's biggest promotion, and boy, did they bomb. They were brought in to face Kane and The Undertaker, which should have given them a major rub from day one. Instead, it tanked both of their careers.

This was entirely down to a disastrous match against The Brothers Of Destruction at Unforgiven. KroniK were terribly out of sorts. They were allowed to control much of the bout, but Clark's offence was particularly sloppy and weak, and their timing was well off. This led to a number of disjointed, uncoordinated spots ahead of their eventual defeat, with 'Taker Chokeslamming Clark all the way to hell.

So enraged were Kane and The Undertaker by their opponents' lack of finesse that KroniK never wrestled another match for WWE, and were released from their contracts a few days later.
