20 Wrestlers Vince McMahon Owes Everything To

5. The Undertaker/Brock Lesnar

Lesnar Undertaker Mcmahon Similar to Andre the Giant, Brock Lesnar is a once in a generation freak of nature who can be booked less than ten times a year and replicate the same earning potential of the entire WWE roster's combined output in one match. For the past decade, that was The Undertaker's job. Intriguingly, in 2015, Brock may actually do it better than both Andre and The Undertaker. The Undertaker debuted as if out of nowhere, and from his first appearance forward was presented in a unique way in which he was protected and took sparing losses during his first decade of employment in the company. After some time away from the industry, he altered his presentation dramatically, and somehow with said new presentation, actually added considerably to his draw as a performer. As well, Brock Lesnar debuted from nowhere (nowhere being Ohio Valley Wrestling) and quite possibly did as much business as a top-of-the-line performer in three years as The Undertaker did in 10 (much of that related to the shifting tides of the wrestling industry. After seven years away (as opposed to seven months between "Ministry of Darkness" 'Taker and the "American Bad Ass"), Lesnar returned with a dramatically altered presentiation that reflected his time spent as UFC Heavyweight Champion, and became much more of a draw as a performer. Extrapolate the comparisons between Lesnar and The Undertaker all the way down to comparing Paul Heyman and Paul Bearer, and it's patently obvious that where there's smoke, there's fire. History has a funny way of repeating itself in WWE, huh?
