20 Wrestlers Who Won World Titles In The Fewest Matches

3. Pentagon Jr (TNA Title)

Sheamus WWE Lightning Fast
TNA/IMPACT Wrestling

Number Of TV Matches: 1

Technically, that TNA Title current AEW star (at least for now) Penta won in 2018 was called the IMPACT World Title. That's splitting hairs. Let's just call it the TNA belt for ease. Pentagon Jr beat Austin Aries and his brother Fenix at the Redemption pay-per-view on 22 April 2018.

He'd wrestled an IMPACT vs. Lucha Underground show earlier the same month, but that wasn't an official debut. Redemption was, and it was a big moment for the masked man. 48 hours later, Penta was doing the job for Aries on a pre-taped show that aired on 31 May. That was that for his title reign in TNA.

Fleeting, but it still counts for this list.
