Number Of TV Matches: 15

To put this into perspective, Goldberg had wrestled more than 70 televised matches for WCW before famously beating Hollywood Hogan on the 6 July 1998 Nitro to win the World Title. He was a squash match machine in Atlanta, and worked way more 'C' show tapings like Saturday Night and Worldwide than you might recall.

WWE finally came calling once his Turner contract lapsed in 2003 post-WCW demise. Seizing the moment, Goldberg debuted vs. The Rock at Backlash, then worked just 13 other bouts before battering Triple H in a 'Career vs. Title' clash at Unforgiven '03. That's when he won his first WWE branded World Title.

Big Billy couldn't be stopped, at least for a while. He'd be gone by the following spring, and didn't return until 2016.
