No, not that Barbara Bush.

The WWF's Bush, or B.B for short, was introduced as a paramedic character in 1999. That continued until somebody decided that Barb's voluptuous frame and model background would make her perfect for the Diva-tastic bikini contests and gravy bowl matches of the day.

Eventually, because this was the Attitude Era and everyone went through tables, Bubba-Ray Dudley fired Bush through the wood with a powerbomb. That February bump would end up being her final WWF appearance - later, B.B fled to WCW, became 'Papaya' and hooked up with (he who put his finger in a plug to get that hairstyle) Kwee-Wee.

Most fans will barely remember Barbara's WWF stint at all. Other than The Dudley Boyz' table capers, she's perhaps best-remembered for taking part in the Jerry Lawler-popping bikini time waster at Royal Rumble 2000. Somehow, she and everyone else got totally upstaged there by Mae Young.
