20 WWE Stars STRUGGLING Since WrestleMania 40

17. Legado Del Fantasma

WWE might only now just be getting back to pushing Legado Del Fantasma, but a single win over Apollo Crews doesn't guarantee that's the case.

Santos Escobar lost at WrestleMania, followed it up with losing a Triple Threat against LA Knight and Bobby Lashley, traded wins with Carlito, and came up short with everything else since then.

Elektra Lopez continues to bring nothing to the table, but that isn't new, as she's only been a valet and hasn't wrestled once—not even on a house show—to follow up her win over Zelina Vega the Friday before WrestleMania.

Angel and Berto can't even just lose all their matches on one show. They have to keep going back down to NXT to fail there, too, like when they both were quickly eliminated in the 25-man battle royal that Je'Von Evans won.

If you see them come out for a match, you already know they're minutes away from getting pinned, and sometimes, not even three full minutes. Berto's so low on the totem pole that he couldn't get past 2:55 to lose to Tyler Bate on WWE Speed in early May.

Legado Del Fantasma went from being a top heel act at WrestleMania to the most underperforming group on SmackDown.
