It's easy to poke holes in this setup if you think about it long enough. Why does Sting get a WWE World Heavyweight Championship match? He's only fought in one WWE match and it was a loss. Also, what happened to Rollins' statue? Did Sting pitch in a dumpster or something?
Maybe there are more questions than answers as to why Sting went after Rollins, but it doesn't change the fact how awesome it was in the moment.
