When Martel and Eddie locked up in New Orleans, I had no doubts in my mind that the future leader of the lWo would easily dispose of the Former WWF Tag Team Champion, but I was looking forward to watching them work together in a match that I never realised happened. When The Model locked in the Boston Crab, I was curious about how Guerrero was going to get out of the move, but instead he tapped out and Micky Jay frantically signalled to ring the bell. While WCW were clearly giving Martel a strong win for him to challenge Booker T to a TV Title match for Souled Out later on Nitro, it just seemed like a case of a young WCW talent being tossed aside for an ex-WWF star. With the main event scene dominated by former Titan superstars, it would've been nice to see Eddie get the win here and make his way up the card. As long as he doesn't lose to The Berzerker next week, I'll be OK...
