5. Shawn Michaels vs. Razor Ramon
Heading into WrestleMania X, both Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon were claiming to be Intercontinental Champion.
After Michaels was stripped of his title, it was Razor who went on to win the resultant match for ownership of the vacant championship. Naturally, Michaels wasn’t happy with this.
The Heartbreak Kid was soon back in the mix, claiming that technically nobody had beaten him fairly. Obviously this one needed so settling, and that’s exactly what happened at WrestleMania X in one of the most epic Ladder matches of all time.
The two combatants produced an innovative display that revolutionised the ladder match, highlighted by that iconic image of Shawn dropping a splash on Razor.
