Chris Wilson - better known to the wrestling world as former Combat Zone Wrestling champion Justice Pain - passed away on 24 January at the age of 41.

Wilson, born 16 May 1978, got his start in the business courtesy of John Zandig at the CZW Wrestling School. He, alongside his brother Nick 'Gage' Wilson, quickly became one of the stars around which the embryonic wrestling promotion was built. In 2000, he defeated Lobo at Cage of Death II for the company's top title - a year after beating the same opponent for the CZW Iron Man Championship.

In 2003, Wilson left CZW for XPW, ultimately facing the late Chris Candido in the company's last ever match. He later returned to Philadelphia, where he spent the majority of the rest of his career, which also included stints in Big Japan Wrestling.

Wilson retired from active competition in 2007, at the age of 29. He left behind two daughters.
