Looks like a killer. Check. Can do anything (and more) that he puts his mind to in the ring. Check. Cuts a believable heel promo. Check. Has had great matches with multiple opponents up and down the card since being called up from NXT. Check. Has a level of dimension to his character that allows him to be the guy who can both deserve a win AND take a loss with losing no momentum. Check. Rusev's just getting warm and definitely deserves a spot on this list.
