12. John Cena Versus Brock Lesnar, SummerSlam 2014

The phrase "Suplex City" may have been born at WrestleMania, but the location itself was incorporated at SummerSlam 2014. John Cena became a 15-time world champion when he won the WWE World Heavyweight Title at Money In The Bank, but the Authority was determined to get the belt off him at SummerSlam.

To that end, they recruited Brock Lesnar, who was last seen ending The Undertaker's WrestleMania streak.

Cena claimed he was ready for Lesnar, but Paul Heyman said that Brock was healthy and more powerful than ever. It turned out he was right -- the match was the most one-sided title bout in WWE history, with "The Beast" demolishing Cena with relative ease.

The champion had brief flurries of offense, but the bout belonged to Lesnar, who hit Cena with an astonishing 16 German suplexes before finishing him off with an F5. The clash felt like a real fight, completely different from anything WWE had ever done, and it translated into a classic match.
