The WrestleMania X ladder match between Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon still stands as one of the most heralded bouts in WWE history, but the rematch is often overlooked, and that's a shame, because it was also a classic.

HBK had turned babyface and won the Intercontinental Title from Jeff Jarrett, and when Razor Ramon emerged as his first challenger, another ladder match was necessary.

This time, Michaels was put down and out early with a suplex from the ring apron that caused him to catch his ankle on the guardrail. Ramon kept working on Michaels's leg, but every time he would try to scale the ladder, HBK would prevent him from reaching the title.

HBK finally made his comeback, hitting a back suplex off the ladder, whipping Razor into the ladder, then hitting a moonsault press off of the tool. He missed a splash, though, and both men fought up the ladder, only for it to tip over.

Michaels got a second ladder from under the ring and climbed, but Ramon hit the Razor's Edge off of it. HBK climbed back up a ladder and superkicked Ramon off the other ladder, but he still couldn't get the belt. Ramon caught him and went for another Razor's Edge. Michaels escaped, though, and soon after, he grabbed the belt and avenged his loss from the year before.
