Shawn Michaels is a top three all-time singles performer, and he wasn't half bad as part of a team. His best partner was probably Marty Jannetty, although they never officially won a championship in WWE. His subsequent partnerships generally came came about as part of singles feuds, but they did net him gold so they can't really be called bad.
