Another seven days have passed in the landscape that is WWE, and you'll be shocked to hear that absolutely nothing out of the ordinary graced out screens in that time frame.

Monday Night Raw delivered its usual three-hour car crash, flaunting a scorched Randy Orton cutting a blistered promo behind a lucha mask, Ric Flair getting it on with his daughter's rival, and Asuka wandering into Alexa Bliss' playground.

NXT boasted some typically strong in-ring work, particularly the first round Women's Dusty Cup match between Kacy Katanzaro/Kayden Carter and Toni Storm/Mercedes Martinez, but perhaps failed to live up to the Fight Pit hype.

And Friday SmackDown brought the week to an end with another stellar two-hour presentation, crammed full of fun segments (that were actually fun), short and sweet showcases in the ring, and even a go-home angle that effectively set up a compelling Royal Rumble go-home show.

WWE may be lacking a lot of things at this moment in time, but consistency isn't one of them, folks...for better or worse.
