The flight from the UK back to the States, in which WWE's roster got black-out drunk and engaged in all manner of loutish and unsavoury behavior, has been covered a million times. Dustin Rhodes singing to his ex-wife over the PA system, Curt Hennig and Brock Lesnar engaging in a full-on wrestling match at 40,000 feet, and Michael Hayes having his ponytail chopped off while he was asleep are just some of the tales done to death. Flair's part in the proceedings, in which he exposed his genitals for the enjoyment of the WWE roster, were always painted as harmless hijinx in comparison to the rest of the mayhem on this infamous journey.

Season 3's episode of Dark Side Of The Ring cast new light on Flair's behaviour, as it featured contributions from air hostess Heidi Doyle. After her disturbing account of sexual harassment involving Scott Hall, she then described Flair cornering her and attempting to force himself upon her at close quarters.
