25 'WWE Superstars' Matches That Were Actually Awesome
21. Daniel Bryan & Gail Kim vs. Tyson Kidd & Melina (March 24, 2011)
There was a time when Daniel Bryan had not one but both Bella Twins by this side. The former Divas champions became infatuated with Bryan in late 2010 and their love for him carried over into the new year. However, on an episode of Raw in February 2011, they walked in on Bryan locking lips with Gail Kim, causing them to severe all ties with him and later turn fully heel. While Bryan and Kim never became an official item on WWE TV, they did join forces to take on the duo of Tyson Kidd of Melina in mixed tag team action the March 24 edition of 'WWE Superstars'. On paper, this was a dream match for any wrestling fan. Four of the best mat wrestlers in WWE at that period in time, the styles of Bryan, Kim, Kidd and Melina meshed perfectly and it made for a very fun matchup. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3kUvEnwbxM The most interesting part about it was that it virtually nothing to do with Bryan's pending WrestleMania 27 match with United States champion Sheamus. Despite displaying awesome chemistry together, Bryan and Kim were unfortunately split up in the 2011 WWE Draft with Bryan moving over to SmackDown.
