According to Corey Graves, using your opponents clothing against themselves is legal... this was seen as Rusev chocked Roman Reigns with The Big Dog's own stupid paintball vest thingy.
I've asked the opinion of British wrestler Dragon Aisu, a man who worked on shows with Graves back in the day, on this subject, and he said this is absolute !*$%. A choke is a choke, and that's the end of it.
