27 WTF Moments From WWE Attitude Era Raw 1998 (Jan 12)

DX try to recruit Kane, Austin continues to fight everyone, and Jerry Lawler says some horrible, horrible things.

If you thought last week's Attitude Era Raw throwback was particularly packed with 'WTF' moments, you'd be wise to hold on to your hats. This week's edition is even more strange, even more chaotic, and even more inexplicable. The show features a star-studded line-up, demonstrating the deep talent pool WWF boasted during the Attitude Era - superstars including Austin, DX, Rock and...The Rock 'N' Roll Express!? Elsewhere on the show, we also see all three faces of Foley (in a manner of speaking), as well as more inappropriate Goldust costumes, more ridiculous crowd signs, and more terrible commentary gaffes. If you like your wrestling weird, it's certainly not a week to miss.

27. "College Chiiiicks!"

Raw comes to us live from State College, Pennsylvania - so what better way to open the show than to have Shawn Michaels and Triple H act like frat boys. If you've ever wanted to see two of the most influential superstars in WWE history yell "college chiiiicks!" from the back of a limousine, you're in luck. Triple H also takes a pretty outrageous swipe at WCW, yelling "woooo!" before clutching his kidneys in pain - a possible reference to Ric Flair's problems with alcohol.
