The storyline of Seth Rollins being severely injured and his status for WrestleMania being in doubt was annoying at times, but WWE actually played it well during the actual match, and it made Rollins look more like a conquering hero.

Sure, the match itself was too long and sluggish at times, but the booking was actually nicely done, with Rollins overcoming his knee injury to hit a series of high-impact moves to take down Triple H. He even inadvertently and indirectly put Stephanie McMahon through a table, which got a huge reaction from the fans.

Rollins needed the win, and surviving Triple H’s attacks to thwart both authority figures hopefully accomplished its mission of making the Architect a top babyface.
