2. The Crowd IS Alive!

You’d be forgiven if you thought the audience had fallen asleep given how quiet they were throughout the entire show.

But when Omos tagged in at the apex of the main event and squared off with Bobby Lashley, the crowd rose to its collective feet. Granted, no one thinks Omos is ready for a world title program right now – the guy has had fewer than 30 professional wrestling matches in his career – but you can’t deny that reaction.

There definitely is a mystique to Omos that seems to permeate most of his matches, and it really came through here. It brought fans out of their seats, so that’s got to count for something.

If WWE could actually get Omos some experience during the next few months, they might be able to fake something, but it would be impossible to trust them not to blow it.
