3 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Rampage (Mar 31)

2. Enjoyable Chaos

House Of Black Orange Cassidy

AEW's refereeing is wild.

Officials let so much go during tags and trios bouts, so the rare disqualification result during Best Friends vs. Kings Of The Black Throne fell a bit flat. The general mayhem was fun to witness though, and it's all setup for Chuck Taylor, Trent Beretta and Orange Cassidy challenging House Of Black for the Trios belts anyway.

The whole segment sold the destructive nature HOB brings to the party nicely, and it didn't overstay its welcome. Convincing anyone that Best Friends can take these title from Malakai Black and his spooky pals is going to be a challenge, but it's important that AEW takes each hurdle as it comes.

Malakai smiling after the DQ decision, likely because he knew people would be slightly p*ssed at it, was another nice decision. Meanwhile, big Brody King marauded about the place putting fools through tables and wrecking shop.

What a solid seven minutes of TV.
