3 Ups & 3 Downs From This Week's Impact Wrestling (Nov 8)

Ups...

3. Lucha Madness

The opening bout between The Lucha Brothers and The OGz was a spectacular sight. Both teams their own unique style in the ring that allows them to blend together to create an excellent show opener that excites the audience watching for what's to come on the remainder of the show.

Despite being part of the old era in Impact, Homicide and Hernandez keep on proving that they can more than hang with the new wave of talent, as we've seen numerous times in their matches with Ortiz and Santana. That in itself is fantastic to see as the duo had been a focal point in Impact's olden days, and were perhaps utilised in the wrong era due to their death-defying style (Homicide especially).

It's hard to see how Impact haven't made Pentagon Jr and Fenix the World Tag Team Champions yet. While they had been busy for a considerable amount of time doing singles action, they've been a tandem in Impact for long enough that they should at least be challenging for the titles. A full-blown rivalry between them and The LAX could be a true money-making feud.
