3 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Battle Of The Belts IV

2. The Shift PAC Put In

Take a bow, PAC.

Sure, the finish to his All-Atlantic Title defence vs. Trent Beretta was sh*tty, but the Newcastle native put in some shift across both Rampage and Battle Of The Belts on Friday evening. You've got to respect this kind of effort from the man, especially when his style is so physical.

He did everything in his power to sell Trent as a threat to the midcard prize, and even managed to put across some necessary desperation by hitting a tasty Brainbuster through a table at ringside. That, for the record, looked superb, and so did Trent's transition into a piledriver out of the corner.

In total, PAC must've worked approx 40 minutes inside the ring. Impressively, he barely even looked gassed by the end, which really goes to show what kind of shape the guy's in. Like Willow in the previous entry, Beretta also deserves a special mention for his performance in the challenger role.
