3 Ups & 4 Downs From AEW Rampage: Fight For The Fallen (Aug 18)

3. Keep It On ROH

The Righteous AEW ROH
AEW

All Elite top brass had started doing a better job of separating ROH and containing Honor acts on that show, but they've started to bleed them onto other programming again. Here, The Righteous got a useless pre-tape to talk about...something. Honestly, who knows what they were going on about?

This sort of thing should be kept on ROH TV. That's literally why the brand has its own show. This was akin to some random pre-tape from NXT collective Schism airing on Raw out of context. It means nothing to the audience who watch that show, 'cause the act hasn't been presented on it at all.

Suspect booking here, sadly.

Someone needs to ask Tony Khan what he hoped to achieve by slotting this onto the Rampage format sheets. Will The Righteous be seen on Friday nights going forwards? Maybe once or twice, but that's it. This should've been kept back for ROH's product.
