3 Ups & 4 Downs From This Week's Impact Wrestling (Nov 1)

2. Desi Hit Squad Impress, Finally

Yes, really. This column finally has something good to note regarding The Desi Hit Squad. Miracles do exist. Maybe Gursinder Singh was a bad luck charm for the group?

Anyway, the DHS have actually done something good this week, as they impressed in their match with local talents The Beach Bums. The mysterious man who debuted last week (turns out he's Gama Singh's son Raj) was the main attraction here. He's got all the potential to make it here, and may be the man who takes the Indian tandem to tag team gold.

This new incarnation of the duo finished their match with an innovative Samoan drop/leaping knee strike combo. It's promising to see Impact doing something good with the gimmick, as opposed to having Rohit and Gama arguing week in and week out. Keep them going like this, and they'll be future World Tag Team Champions for sure.

Maybe not taking it from LAX, but somewhere down the line.
