3. Seriously, Cut These Already!

Mark Henry's pre-main event promos have been on life support for a long time now. All Elite tried to shake things up by having Orange Cassidy inject a little comedy/steal Mark's go home line, but that experiment was always going to be short-lived. Now, we're right back where we started.

Stop the pain.

It isn't "time for the main event", it's time to scrap this segment from Rampage's weekly format sheets. Genuine question incoming. When was the last time something major happened during one of these segments? Wrestlers spew a soundbite or two, then Henry says his usual fluff.

The whole thing is boring now, and it's time for a change. Hell, hand the reins to Renee Paquette and see if she can squeeze a little more life out of these things. Mark isn't even in the same room as the guys/girls he's interviewing, so there's no scope for more interaction.
