3 Ups & 6 Downs From WWE SmackDown (Nov 12)

4. What Was The Point?

Ready for a bit more pointlessness? You got it.

Charlotte Flair ranted about Becky Lynch (Michael Cole and Pat McAfee tried their best to sell Survivor Series in between her lines) and said that she didn't shirk any challenges. Toni Storm then came out to propose a SmackDown Women's Title match with Flair "tonight", but got turned down.

Then, Flair just left. That was that. This was a total waste of everyone's time, basically. It achieved nothing; if Toni is going to be a Women's Title contender someday, then she'll need way more than to disappear for months before popping back up asking for ill-deserved championship matches.

It's also totally unclear who is supposed to be the babyface at Survivor Series. Becky has been heel since returning, but she's casting herself as a hero of the locker room for standing up to Charlotte. Meanwhile, Flair pandered to the Virginia crowd here before appearing cowardly.
