3 Ups And 12 Downs From WWE Raw (Sept 21)

4. Contenders Can’t Get Along

Raw featured a triple threat tag team match to crown Raw Tag Team Championship #1 contenders Monday night. Let’s review the teams…

You had Andrade & Angel Garza, who have been at odds for literally six months now, with Garza walking out on their matches twice and their brawls forcing their manager to quit. There was the team of Murphy & Seth Rollins, where the Monday Night Messiah has been forcing Murphy to pay a penance for suddenly becoming a bumbling goof. And you had Humberto Carrillo & Dominik Mysterio a duo that had never teamed before and only won two matches between them in the past three months (both by Mysterio).

That is truly an epic trio of Raw tag teams.

Does it even matter who won at this point? The fact that this is what passes for tag title contenders in 2020 is just proof that the Raw tag division is utter garbage.
