Fore the second week in a row Hideo Itami and Cassius Ohno showed up in a segment continuing their feud, which started out when one failed to tag in the other and escalated without any real reason or logic. The segment had Itami interrupting a generic backstage interview with Ohno, which led to the confirmation of the two having a match on next week's episode.

Itami knocked the lid off a bin and scowled, which means he's probably the heel versus Ohno's much less forced nice guy personality.

The angle is a creative placeholder simply to get Ohno and Itami in the ring together. A match between them doesn't sound horrible at all, but it's a shame something with a bit more bite couldn't be used to get them there.

Another odd wrinkle is that the match is happening on NXT and not being saved for Takeover. Next week's match could well be a non-finish to stoke the fires for a Takeover clash. The angle might gain some momentum before then, but on this evidence, that's not likely.
