30 Great WWE Superstars And Their Strange Rookie Finishers

20. Kevin Nash

Kevin Nash€™s Jackknife Powerbomb was special. In an era when most big men were using a variation of the move -- Scott Hall, Sid, Vader, Mike Awesome, even Bikertaker -- only Nash€™s version was ever made illegal for being too devastating. WCW had a whole storyline devoted to their executive committee banning the move and Nash suffering fines for its use, all stemming from the time Big Sexy nearly shoot crippled The Giant by losing his grip and dropping the poor guy on his neck. It was clearly a botch, but for a while after this, Nash€™s opponents would flop around like fish to sell the damage. Your guess is as good as mine as to why Diesel€™s finish never crippled anyone, but it's hard to argue the Jackknife as one of the biggest moves of the 90€™s. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiGryCWwNMA Way before Nash was a 40-year old high school jock or a sassy trucker, though, he was a gambling-themed jobber known as Vinnie Vegas. Despite still being a seven foot mountain of muscle, Vegas had yet to develop any kind of physical presence, and that extended to his finisher as well. He put opponents away, on the rare occasions that he could, with the Snake Eyes. Yes, the transitional move where you gently drape a guy across the top rope. Yes, that's why it has a dumb gambling name.
