30 Most Inconsequential WWE Titleholders Of All Time

21. Jeff Hardy - European Champion - 14 Days (2002)

Jeff Hardy holds the distinction of being the final European Champion, as the titles were unified (along with the Hardcore Title later that year) with the Intercontinental Championship. Hardy defeated William Regal on Raw, and defeated him again in a rematch at Vengeance. The next night, the titles were unified. Rob Van Dam unified all three titles in two different matches on Raw. The unification match with Jeff Hardy was actually a Ladder Match, with only the Intercontinental Title hanging from the rafters. It probably would have been cooler if both belts were hanging.
