At Fully Loaded 2000, Perry Saturn ended Eddie Guerrero's fantastic reign as European Champion where he dubbed himself Latino Heat. Saturn would go on to have an unimpressive reign as European Champion before losing the belt to Al Snow on Smackdown, who would then dress up as different European cultures while champion. So much like Bradshaw a year later, Saturn was a transition between two popular European Champions.
