4. Test - European Champion - 69 Days (2001)

The European Championship in late 2000/early 2001 was pretty much in the background, and there were rarely any storylines for the belt. Test defeated William Regal for the championship the night after the 2001 Royal Rumble on Raw, and held the belt until Wrestlemania, where he dropped the belt to Eddie Guerrero in the worst match on a stacked card. You might recall in that match that Test got his foot stuck in the ropes and both Eddie and the ref took forever to get Test out of them.
