I think somebody was supposed to have their foot on the bottom rope to cheat to win, but pulled Bayley just a bit too far into the ring so they couldn't reach...
Oh Dana... although, there is a possibility the two ladies were forced to call an audible as Bayley reportedly suffered a neck and/or shoulder injury during the match. Nevertheless, the way Dana was flailing her right leg at the bottom rope it was clear for all to see that she was supposed to be using the rope for an unfair advantage.
