Remember how a chunk of Rusev's bicep has gone missing? Well, Titus O'Neil stuck his size 17 shoe into that piece of the United States Champion's arm which caused him to scream "f**k you, you son of a b*tch!"

I'm not saying the entire world heard because obviously the entire world doesn't watch WWE RAW, but every single person with a working television set and set of ears watching the show certainly did.
