Titus O'Neil has a shot at the United States Championship. It's the biggest match of his life.
Why on earth is he dressing like that? This is (hopefully) Titus' last chance at capturing RuRu's United States Championship so he should be doing everything in his power to be on his A game. His game face should definitely be on but it appears that he lost it on his way to the arena in Columbus.
Alternatively, it seems that Vince McMahon hasn't forgotten about a certain little shove in the moments following Daniel Bryan's retirement speech and is hellbent on making a fool of 'the woofer' whenever he can.
