As I mentioned earlier in this article, a WTF Moment doesn't always need to be a bad thing. Sometimes it can be an awesome spot like this that looks like it absolutely kills.
Having stepped into a wrestling ring once, I can't see how taking a bump on the apron like this didn't almost Nakamura. I would have felt like taking it on a concrete floor.
Awesome stuff... and something we shouldn't really get used to, or he will really, really die. Hard.
