When Grado says that he's going to prove himself to Pope, it looks like the two will take each other on, but instead, Abyss' theme hits and he comes out to the ring. After asking Grado, "What kind of a grown man wears a fanny bag?" (to which Pope answers, "Al Snow"), the two fight in a Monster's Ball match, which sees Grado put up a minor fight but ultimately being destroyed by the monster. The match ends with Abyss chokeslamming Grado into a huge pile of thumb tacks for the pinfall victory. Still, props to Grado: he managed to get a solid 20 minutes of air time on the show.
