4 Ups & 1 Down From AEW Rampage (Jan 21)

Ups...

4. More Solid Building Blocks

Hook QT Marshall
AEW

Meanwhile, strait-laced badass Hook is smashing his way through everyone with minimal fuss, and it's really working for him. On Rampage, Taz's lad demolished Serpentico in a squash. It was exactly what it needed to be. No frills - just Hook taking someone down and leaving.

Or, trying to leave.

QT Marshall came out to get in Hook's face. Without hesitating, the swaggering young rookie took Marshall down too, then strolled out looking like daddy dearest in his ECW prime. One can't blame AEW for trying with Hook, because he definitely has something about him and has a real chance to catch fire.

If All Elite show some patience and stack the right opponents in front of him, then Hook could live off this squash stuff for a solid 12-18 months. QT is a decent early rival for him too, 'cause (no offence intended) he's hardly high up the AEW food chain but has some tenure.
