4 Ups & 11 Downs From WWE Raw (Nov 22)

2. Liv Looking Pathetic

Let’s preface this by stating that none of this negative is about Liv Morgan the person or the performer. This is something that she can’t help – it’s poor planning, poor booking and poor writing that contributed to this negative.

Morgan was giving a backstage interview about how winning at Survivor Series was bittersweet when Becky Lynch (the heel, mind you) interrupted and quickly noted that Liv under-delivered at the PPV, not doing much of anything. She recounted how Liv nearly won the Money in the Bank briefcase but got upstaged by Nikki ASH.

But the high (low?) point came when Becky said Liv would never hold the title. Morgan shot back that she held it last week – when she picked it up in the ring – and Becky verbally slaughtered her by saying that she attends autograph signings every week where she lets little kids hold the title, but it doesn’t mean they’re the champ.

Just like that, Liv Morgan’s entire contendership was murdered. Lynch kept twisting the knife and Liv started hyperventilating like she was going to cry before finally slugging Becky. Yep, because we want to cheer a babyface who rarely wins, loses at Survivor Series, gets rightly mocked and then starts to cry at being insulted.

Absolutely pathetic booking and writing here.
