4 Ups & 3 Downs From AEW Rampage (Jan 14)

2. Everything Is Too Rushed

Joining the six-woman tag match in progress without entrances for any of the workers was a strange call. Immediately, the entire match came across as a bit of an afterthought, which is odd when gals like The Bunny and Penelope Ford have been featured prominently lately.

AEW also seriously need to calm it with these multi-wrestler scenarios.

They don't help anybody stand out. This six-woman bout wasn't quite the blink-and-you'll-miss-it Diva matches that WWE used to put on 10 years ago, but it came a little too close for comfort. Sticking a commercial break in there definitely didn't help either.

This might've been better as Leyla Hirsch and Kris Statlander vs. Bunny and Ford, or something like that. At least then the women would've been able to slow down a touch and tell a story. Instead, everyone rushed around trying to get their sh*t in ASAP.
